Shomydl shows Datalink_ documents in a web browser using the
`XSLT used in DaCHS`_. It is meant to give authors of such documents
an idea of how clients would interpret their document.

Simulated non-Gaussian temperature and polarization CMB maps. The
non-Gaussian simulations have been generated using the algorithm described in
:bibcode:`2009ApJS..184..264E` up to a multipole moment of l_max = 1024. The
transfer functions were computed with CAMB version February 2009 and RECFAST
1.5.
SMAKCED Census of Structure in Early-type Dwarf Galaxies
Short Name:
smakced census
Date:
27 Dec 2024 08:31:13
Publisher:
The GAVO DC team
Description:
The Stellar content, MAss and Kinematics of Cluster Early-type Dwarf
galaxies (SMAKCED_) project is a survey of 121 Virgo cluster early type
galaxies. This service publishes deep near-infrared (H band) images
obtained by SMAKCED together with `resulting decompositions`_ and other
properties of the galaxies in the sample.

SP_ACE computes stellar parameters (gravity, temperature) and element
abundances from optical stellar spectra (`sample spectrum`_). It employs
1D stellar atmosphere models in Local Thermodynamic Equilibrium (LTE).
The present service does not offer all the options available for SP_Ace
as documented in `the tutorial`_. All options are available if running
SP_Ace locally (cf. `download page`_).
This service exposes an updated version containing some bug fixes with
respect to the one described in the paper.

An archive of optical and near-infrared spectra of strongly lensed
quasars and the lensing galaxies. The spectra are resolved to about a
few Ångstroms and are flux-calibrated. The spectra resulted from
deblending the lensed images in bidimensional spectra available from
the SSAP service for `ivo://org.gavo.dc/mlqso/q/s
<http://dc.g-vo.org/mlqso/q/s/info>`_.
This is a rendering of the `CASA Offline Splatalogue`_ in
a draft LineTAP, mainly intended to enable verification of the standard.
This is not recommended for production yet. In particular, many
InChIs are known wrong, and we have skipped several hundred lines
because we did have no InChIs for their species at all.

Within this use case you learn about the difference between intrinsic
linear size and apparent angular size, a difference that is frequently
at the center of astronomical problems. Star clusters are the objects
used to illustrate this difference. You also learn some basic facts
about star clusters, whose distribution in space has helped us to
understand the structure of our Milky Way. Thanks to Aladin, you will
be able to explore their distribution on the sky on your own.
