The LIFE Target Star Database contains information useful
for the planned `LIFE mission`_ (mid-ir, nulling
interferometer in space). It characterizes possible
target systems including information about stellar,
planetary and disk properties. The data itself is mainly
a collection from different other catalogs.
Note that LIFE's target database is living
data. The content – and to some extent even structure – of these
tables may change at any time without prior warning.

Massive O-type stars near ZAMS elusive detection (Holgado+, 2020)
Short Name:

CDS
Description:
List of the 285 stars with spectroscopic parameters obtained in this work. We performed an exhaustive search for spectra of these stars in modern high resolution spectroscopic databases. The spectrum with best quality, in terms of signal-to-noise ratio, was considered for the quantitative spectroscopic analysis and a multi-epoch characterization.
This table was created by cross correlating entries from the MAST "Table of
Representative Spectra" with targets listed in the Skiff Spectral catalog,
the Sky2000 catalog, and/or provided by Simbad. Spectra from IUE, STIS, FUSE,
EUVE, HUT, GHRS, FOS, WUPPE, BEFS, and TUES are included. Most correlations were
based on cross-matching target names and coordinates, usually with a 5" tolerance,
but a few matches may be wrong. The table lists roughly 28,000 observations
including novae and supernovae of which more than 22,000 have assigned spectral types.
Near Infrared Camera and Multi Object Spectrograph
Short Name:
HST.NICMOS

Publisher:
Space Telescope Science Institute Archive
Description:
The HST Near Infrared Camera and Multi-Object Spectrometer (NICMOS) provides imaging capabilities in broad, medium, and narrow band filters, broad-band imaging polarimetry, coronographic imaging, and slitless grism spectroscopy, in the wavelength range 0.8-2.5 microns. NICMOS has three adjacent but not contiguous cameras, designed to operate independently, each with a dedicated array at a different magnification scale.
The Panchromatic Hubble Andromeda Treasury is a Hubble Space Telescope Multi-cycle program to map roughly a third of M31's star forming disk,
using 6 filters covering from the ultraviolet through the near infrared. With HST's resolution and sensitivity, the disk of M31 will be resolved
into more than 100 million stars, enabling a wide range of scientific endeavors.
SAGA -Stellar Abundances for Galactic Archeology Database-

Description:
We describe the construction of a database of extremely metal-poor (EMP) stars
in the Galactic halo whose elemental abundances have been determined. Our
database contains detailed elemental abundances, reported equivalent widths,
atmospheric parameters, photometry, and binarity status, compiled from papers in
the recent literature that report studies of EMP halo stars with [Fe/H] <
-2.5. The compilation procedures for this database have been designed to
assemble the data effectively from electronic tables available from online
journals. We have also developed a data retrieval system that enables data
searches by various criteria, and permits the user to explore relationships
between the stored variables graphically. Currently, our sample includes 1212
unique stars (many of which are studied by more than one group) with more than
15000 individual reported elemental abundances, covering all of the relevant
papers published by December 2007. We discuss the global characteristics of the
present database, as revealed by the EMP stars observed to date. For stars with
[Fe/H] < -2.5, the number of giants with reported abundances is larger than
that of dwarfs by a factor of two. The fraction of carbon-rich stars (among the
sample for which the carbon abundance is reported) amount to ~30 % for [Fe/H]
< -2.5. We find that known binaries exhibit different distributions of
orbital period, according to whether they are giants or dwarfs, and also as a
function of metallicity, although the total sample of such stars is still quite
small.
